Shipping policy
Novel Nutraceuticals Sp. z o.o. ships orders from our warehouse in Poland with GLS and UPS courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.
Please make sure that your delivery address and phone number are correct. The courier may contact you to arrange delivery.
Dispatch schedule
Orders placed before 11:00 CET/CEST (Central European Time), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. This does not include weekends and public holidays in Poland. Orders placed after 11:00 CET/CEST Monday to Friday, and orders placed at weekends or on public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Order value means the total price of the products after any discounts. For countries that use a different currency, the shipping cost is converted into your local currency at checkout. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

During busy periods, public holidays or events outside our control (for example, severe weather), deliveries may take longer.
Switzerland: customs
Switzerland is not part of the EU. Orders to Switzerland may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer on delivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, or if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will help you.
Returns
