Shipping information for the United Kingdom

First-class delivery with Royal Mail in the UK

Novel Nutraceuticals Sp. z o.o. uses Royal Mail courier delivery service. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number, which allows you to track your order online. Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct prior to completing your order, as these details cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Schedule

All orders with UK delivery addresses are shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

Any orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday are processed the same day. This does not include the weekends and public holidays.  

All orders placed after 11:00am Monday to Friday and during weekends will be processed the next business day.

UK Delivery Option:
Standard Delivery = £2.99
Delivery time: 1-3 business days.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order if any. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Shipping information for the EU countries

Novel Nutraceuticals Sp. z o.o. uses UPS/GLS courier delivery services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which allows you to track your order online.

Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed during busy periods such as public holidays. 

  • For the orders below 49.99 EUR, the shipping cost will be 5 EUR.
  • For orders over 50 EUR, the shipping cost will be free*.
    By free," we mean the cost of delivery will be 0.10 EUR per order over 50 EUR.

Delivery time: 1-7 business days.

Please note, any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and cannot be guaranteed as we use external courier services for shipping your orders. During holidays and force majeure events (COVID-19 closures, weather events, closed borders) there may be package delays of the orders.

Please note, we do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance.
